Price and availability information is subject to change without prior notice. All prices quoted are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. In any dispute, the US dollar price will be the prevailing price. Except as specifically stated on The Website, none of The Company or any of its respective owners, employees or other representatives will be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of The Website.
We will accept exchanges on apparel * only under the following conditions:
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange (i.e. are dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc...). All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of JiuJitsuFactory.com.
*Due to hygiene concerns, footwear, headwear, compression shorts, athletic supports & cups, mouthpieces, products made from lycra (including but not limited to, fight shorts, compression shorts, rashguards, etc..) will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.
All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA).
To request an RMA number please contact us through our website and provide your JiuJitsuFactory.com order number with a reason for your return.
Goods returned without an authorization number will NOT be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipment and the shipping fees for the exchanged item(s). Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
We recommend sending returns back through a tracked & insured shipping method (such as UPS or Fed Ex). We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Customer is subject to a shipping and handling charge on exchanged items if seller is not at fault. Customer may be contacted regarding fee payment instructions if applicable.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by JiuJitsuFactory.com. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact JiuJitsuFactory.com within 15 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault for all returns and exchanges Fees will be deducted from your credit or refund. Customer may be contacted regarding fee payment instructions if applicable.

After you have added your product(s) to your shopping cart, when you click on "Checkout", you will be routed to Paypal's SSL secure server to complete the transaction. Your credit card data will be encrypted and will only be viewable by JiuJitsuFactory.com employees who handle online sales.
We will confirm your payment and clear your order for processing in our system. It is possible there will be a slight delay due to the time it takes PayPal to reach our account.
We can only ship PayPal orders to your PayPal 'verified shipping address'. This is the address on record in your PayPal account. Orders placed with a different shipping address will NOT be shipped, and may delay your order as we contact you.
PayPal payments reach our PayPal account immediately, but may take up to 5 business days to clear our bank account. We ship your order as soon as your PayPal payment clears our account.
